Welcome — we’re glad you’re here.

You’re interested in the AUDION Creative Mentorship Program, and we think that’s a great step. This program connects emerging creatives with established songwriters, producers, musicians, and industry professionals through co-writes, studio sessions, creative conversations, and career guidance. And again — the program is completely free.

What Happens After You Apply

Once you complete the application, it will be reviewed by the The AUDION Review Council — an independent group of music industry professionals. Their role is to ensure applications are complete and to identify creatives who may be ready for growth, collaboration, and their next step. Selection isn’t simply about talent — it’s about timing, readiness, and alignment with where you are in your creative journey.

The Process

1. Apply: Share your work, your story, and where you hope to go next.

2. Revie: The AUDION team ensures applications are complete and aligned with our mission.

3. Industry Evaluation: The AUDION Review Council reviews applications using shared criteria. Those selected by the Review Council for entry into the Mentorship Program will be notified by (insert TBD date)

4. Selection: A small group of creatives will be invited to join the AUDION Founding Creative Mentorship Class of 2026 and paired with mentors.

Important / Community First

All applicants become part of The AUDION Foundation creative community and remain eligible for future opportunities and events. Applying is the beginning of a relationship with AUDION — not a one-time decision. Applying to The AUDION Foundation is an entry point into a growing creative community. While each Creative Mentorship Class remains intentionally small, we offer ongoing conversations, programming, and opportunities across the broader network.

A Note to Applicants

Selection is never a judgment of talent or potential. Creative journeys move at different speeds, and mentorship is often about timing as much as ability. Applications are reviewed annually, and creatives are encouraged to reapply as their work and goals evolve.

Thinking About Applying?

Not sure if you're ready? That’s okay. Many creatives apply simply to mark a moment in their journey. Share where you are honestly. Or join the AUDION Membership and attend Green Room Sessions while continuing to build your work. Applications are reviewed once each year, and you're always welcome to apply again.

Launch Year.

The inaugural AUDION Founding Creative Mentorship Class will be announced in Spring 2026.

This first class will help shape the culture and future direction of AUDION.

Why There’s a Selection Process

We’ve received a lot of interest in this program, and demand has grown beyond what a small, intentional mentorship program can responsibly support at one time. To ensure each participant receives meaningful attention — and to steward the community thoughtfully — participation in the program is selective.

What We Look For

• Creative Voice — who you are creatively
• Momentum — the work you're already doing
• Vision — where you want to go
• Readiness — openness to mentorship and growth
• Community — willingness to learn alongside others
