Gina Miller
Gina Waters Miller is a leadership and creative economy strategist based in Nashville, Tennessee. A Memphis native who has also lived in Knoxville, she brings a lived understanding of how culture, access, opportunity, and community intersect across education, entertainment, and leadership spaces.
After rising from intern to senior executive at MNRK Music Group, Gina is now Principal of Waters Edge Entertainment, where she provides strategic counsel to artists, executives, institutions, and organizations across music, media, education, and civic sectors. Her work focuses on aligning vision, leadership, and infrastructure to create meaningful and sustainable impact.
Known for bringing vision, voice, and vitality into every space she enters, Gina approaches mentorship as stewardship. Her leadership centers on helping people recognize, develop, and walk confidently in their gifts, purpose, and potential while building pathways that create access, growth, and opportunity for others.
In addition to her professional work, Gina serves in numerous civic and industry leadership roles, including Commissioner on the Nashville Entertainment Commission, Vice President of Nashville Music Equality, Advisory Council member for Music Makes Us, and Board Member of Leadership Music. Across these roles, she remains deeply committed to strengthening connections between education, workforce development, leadership, and the creative economy.
