JoJamie Hahr
JoJamie Hahr serves as Executive Vice President, Recorded Music of BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville, where she leads the day-to-day operations of the label group with a focus on artist development, strategic marketing, brand partnerships, and creative innovation across BBR Music Group’s three imprints: Broken Bow Records, Stoney Creek Records, and Wheelhouse Records. Her vision and leadership support one of the most dynamic rosters in country music, including ACM Artist of the Decade Jason Aldean; Country superstar and Opry Member Blake Shelton; GRAMMY award-winning and reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year Lainey Wilson; 3X GRAMMY award-winner Jelly Roll; 10x #1 hitmaker Dustin Lynch; 2.5 billion-streaming Army Warrant Officer Craig Morgan; radio mainstays Parmalee and Brantley Gilbert, and more.
Hahr’s career began in Florida radio before she relocated to Nashville to work at WSIX. She joined MCA Records as Promotion Coordinator, rising through the ranks at Universal Music Group to become Director of Secondary Promotion. Recruited to BBR Music Group by Jon Loba, she played a pivotal role in breaking a then-emerging Jason Aldean. After a successful run at The Valory Music Co., Hahr returned to BBR as VP of Radio Promotion, later transitioning into VP of Marketing. Following BMG’s acquisition of BBR in 2017, she was elevated to Executive Vice President in 2023, bringing over two decades of deep industry experience and an artist-first approach to the helm.
Throughout her tenure, Hahr has helped shape the careers of some of country music’s biggest names. Jason Aldean’s reign includes three ACM Entertainer of the Year titles and 31 No. 1 singles, alongside the rare distinction of ACM Artist of the Decade. Under her direction, Broken Bow Records has now logged a milestone 50 No. 1 hits, earned Country Aircheck/Mediabase’s No. 1 airplay label honor in 2022, and Dustin Lynch secured a historic six-week No. 1 with “Thinking ’Bout You. ”
Hahr also helped steer Lainey Wilson’s rapid ascent, culminating in four No. 1 singles in a single year, 16 major awards in 2023—including CMA Entertainer of the Year—and her first GRAMMY win for Best Country Album. She continues to champion the rise of Jelly Roll, whose rare crossover momentum includes multiple No. 1s in both Country and Rock, a Billboard 200-topping sophomore Country album, Beautifully Broken and three GRAMMY Award wins at the 2026 ceremony.
A respected executive and advocate, Hahr is a five-time Billboard Country Power Players honoree (2022–2026), a three-time Billboard Women in Music honoree (2024-2026), a 2024 Variety Power of Women: Nashville recipient, a MusicRow Rising Women on the Row honoree, a graduate of Leadership Music and a proud member of the ACM Board of Directors, The Recording Academy Nashville Chapter Education Committee and St. Jude Country Cares Advisory Council.
