Mike Reynolds

Mike Reynolds is the co-founder of MNJR Artist Management, a Nashville-based entertainment company specializing in artist development, international touring, merchandising, branding, social media strategy, music release campaigns, and live event production.

MNJR’s roster includes Grammy Award-winning band The Mavericks and acclaimed Americana act 49 Winchester, both of whom have built strong international audiences through extensive touring across North America and Europe, major festival appearances, and sold-out headline performances. Through MNJR, Reynolds has helped oversee large-scale touring operations, merchandising and branding initiatives, digital and physical music releases, livestream productions, creative marketing campaigns, and tribute events.

In addition to music management, Reynolds is involved in brand development and marketing initiatives for the premium spirits company Trovador Inspirado Rum. His work focuses on building long-term artist and brand identities while balancing the creative and operational demands of the modern entertainment industry.
