Norman Jacob

Norman is an East Tennessee native and 2016 graduate of MTSU’s Recording Industry program. Since 2019, he has co-managed GRAMMY Award-winning, multi-platinum band The Mavericks and their label Mono Mundo Recordings.

In 2022, he founded, along with Mike Reynolds, MNJR, the Nashville-based management company now home to The Mavericks, 49 Winchester, and Trovador Rum.

Prior to MNJR, his previous management work includes Country Music Hall of Famer Bill Anderson, Korn guitarist / co-founder and best-selling author Brian ‘Head’ Welch, multiplatinum pop rock band Nine Days, and rising country artist Lewis Brice.
